Hot Shots is our pre-team class developed for girls ages 6-8½. Girls joining our Hotshots pre-team will be training to advance either to our JO competitive team, our Xcel competitive team (based on age and level).  Girls will continue to progress in their gymnastics skills and there will be an emphasis on developing technique, flexibility, posture & strength. This class will train gymnasts on vault, uneven bars, balance beam, trampoline and floor (tumbling).

In all of our pre-team classes the kids will have an early life experience of learning the value of camaraderie and friendship with kids who have a shared love of the sport of gymnastics. They will learn to encourage one another and learn the value of being a good teammate.

Enrollment in our Hotshots program is only available via our Pre-Team tryouts which are held once a year.
